About Me
Hello!! My name is Deanna and I am a MTF transgender. I have a varying interest, in books, music, viewing, people and other things. However the interest that seems to dominated a good part of my life is my transgender. It has always been a big factor in my life, not so much when I was growing up or my young adult life, but in middle age and more so now that I am getting older. My story is not too much different from all the others you have read. Mine goes along the lines of those of a male to female transvestite or more commonly referred to as MTF crossdresser. The intensity of my desire to dress and express my feminine side is not as strong as that of a transsexual. I do not feel that I was born in the wrong body, as transsexuals do, but I feel a more famine dominance in my gender that I need to express. For a number of years now, I have ceased to explore the "How come I am the way I am?" question and started to pursue the "I just am" and go on and make the best of it. One of the things I have learned from all of the reading I have done, is the difference between a transsexual and a cross dresser. The difference is in what they say and, most importantly, believe about them selves; the transsexual says/believes "I am a woman", the cross dresser "I want to be a woman".
